I worked for several years in the repair and maintenance segment of the janitorial and cleaning industry. During that period I became a certified propane mechanic as well as the factory authorized warranty for several leading manufacturers such as Clarke, Karcher, Nilfisk - Advance, and Eagle. This site began as a frustration response to the industries short-comings towards the "support on the internet attitude" as related to schematics, parts lists, and a general apathy towards "service after the sale". I began accumulating information and documents in paper and electronic formats and converting to a "browser friendly" version. After six years on the web, I have decided to pull this site off the internet. Monthly bandwidth was exceeding 1 TB monthly, and for a personal project, the cost did not seem to justify the expense. I left the service and repair industry in July, 2006, but left the site intact for the thousands of users across North America that used it on a monthly, weekly or sometimes, almost daily basis. To those who remain in this industry I wish you nothing but the brightest and the best in the future.
